Didcot Mandarin was founded in 2023 with the goal of providing Chinese lessons to all children of all ages and levels living in and around Didcot. We make learning Chinese easier for children by creating a relaxing learning environment, fostering a high level of interest in learning, and using a variety of fun teaching methods.
Didcot Mandarin welcomes students from all levels to join our fantastic Chinese language and cultural learning journey. Learning a language requires an environment, and we design our courses through a variety of teaching methods such as a lot of activities, games, Chinese poems, and songs, etc., in order to better cultivate children's interest in learning. We believe that it is easier and more enjoyable for children to learn languages interactively together.
Hello 你好！My name is Xin, I am a native mandarin speaker originally from mainland China, currently living in the UK. I am a qualified international Chinese teacher with many years of teaching experience. Teaching is my passion, i love nothing more than helping my students develop their skills and achieve their dreams.
Many people think that Chinese is difficult to learn, but i believe we can achieve our goal as long as we persevere and use the right learning methods. For beginners, especially children, i advocate the way of learning through play, fully mobilise the enthusiasm of children, and easily learn Chinese in the form of various classroom activities and games.
Our lesson includes speaking, listening, reading and writing, from simple to complex slowly accumulate learning. Our goal is to help not only learning the language, but also gain a profound understanding of Chinese culture.
